Amount Ingredients
1/4 cup Red Potatoes, Large Diced, Cooked
1/8 cup Onions, Medium Diced
1/8 cup Green Bell Peppers, Medium Diced
1/8 cup Tomatoes, Medium Diced
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
3 each Eggs, Scrambled, Cooked
1/8 cup Mexican Melting Cheese Or Queso Fresco
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce

Recommended Product: 9667 Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce


  1. In a hot Teflon sauté pan, sauté potatoes, onions and peppers 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and 2 Tbsp. Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce. Toss to evenly coat mixture.
  3. Add scrambled eggs.
  4. Place skillet mixture into hot, fajita-style iron skillet or casserole dish.
  5. Top with Mexican melting cheese and drizzle with 2 Tbsp. Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
  6. Place in 350°F oven or under broiler to melt cheese.

Optional Ingredients: May add grilled meats, chorizo sausage or chili peppers as desired.

Chef's Tips

Garnish with choice of sliced green onion or chopped cilantro.
