Amount Ingredients
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Beurre Blanc Sauce
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
6 each Medium Shrimp, Raw, Peeled and Deveined
3 oz. Grilled Asparagus, Cooked

Alternate Product Options: 1295 Whisk & Serve® Beurre Blanc Sauce Mix


  1. To make Harissa Beurre Blanc: In a small pan, heat Gold Label Beurre Blanc Sauce and Gold Label Harissa. Hold warm.
  2. In a medium sauté pan, sauté shrimp in olive oil.
  3. Add prepared Harissa Beurre Blanc. Toss to evenly coat.
  4. Serve with grilled asparagus.

Chef's Tips

Substitute sea scallops or fresh fish for shrimp. Serve with 1 cup multi-grain rice medley.
