48 -6 oz. Chicken Breast, Bone In
2 qt. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate, Prepared
1 qt. Salsa

Directions

  1. Mix oil and blackening spice together.
  2. Rub oil mixture onto chicken breasts. Roast at 400°F for 25 minutes.
  3. Combine prepared Master’s Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate with salsa.
  4. Serve roasted chicken topped with Spanish Hollandaise.
