Amount Ingredients
4 lbs. Salmon Fillet, Cut into Equal 6 oz. Portions, Poached
2 Blood Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. Parsley, Fresh, Chopped
1 cup Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Hollandaise Sauce Mix, Prepared
to taste Salt
to taste Black Pepper

  1. Poach salmon in your choice of cooking liquid or court bouillon. Set aside.
  2. Sauté carrots, celery and onion.
  3. Add sautéed vegetables, juice of blood orange, and parsley to Whisk & Serve® Hollandaise Sauce Mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve Hollandaise Sauce over salmon.
