1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Onions, Small Diced
1 Tbsp Garlic, Chopped
5 lbs Beef Top Round, Large Diced
2 Tbsps Custom Culinary® Gold Label Beef Base
64 oz. pouch Custom Culinary® Gold Label Demi-Glace Sauce, Hot

Directions

  1. In an 8 quart sauce pot over medium high heat, sauté onions and garlic in oil for one minute until onions are translucent.
  2. Add beef and Gold Label Beef Base, stirring occasionally, until beef is fully cooked.
  3. Add Gold Label Demi-Glace Sauce; blend thoroughly and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour mixture into a steam table pan and cover.
  5. Place into 350° F oven for 40 minutes or until beef is tender.
