1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Beef Base
1 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper, Ground
3 lbs. Beef Tenderloin, Julienne Cut
2 oz. Butter, Lightly Salted
8 oz. Green Peppers, Julienne Cut
8 oz. Onions, Julienne Cut
12 oz. Mushrooms, Large Diced
4 lb. bag Custom Culinary® Gold Label Demi-Glace Sauce
1 cup Burgundy Wine

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, Gold Label Savory Roasted® Beef Base, paprika, and black pepper, mixing well. Add beef tenderloin, toss well to coat meat.
  2. Add butter to sauté pan, melt over medium high heat. Add green peppers and onions. Sauté 3-4 minutes over medium high heat, stirring frequently. Add mushrooms. Sauté 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add Gold Label Demi-Glace Sauce and burgundy wine. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and gently boil 6-8 minutes. Add browned beef tenderloin, mixing well. Heat to boiling for 3 minutes.

Optional Ingredients: Serve over rice or noodles.
