Amount Ingredients
10 lbs. Cheese Tortellini
3 oz. Butter, Lightly Salted
8 oz. Mushrooms, Large Diced
4 oz. Onions, Medium Diced
2 qt. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce
2 cups Custom Culinary® Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce
12 oz. Prosciutto Ham, Julienne Cut

  1. Prepare cheese tortellini following package instructions.
  2. In a large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions. Sauté over medium heat 4-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Set aside.
  3. In a 4 qt. sauce pot, combine Gold Label Alfredo Sauce and Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce, mixing well. Heat to a gentle boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Combine sauce, prosciutto ham, sautéed mushrooms and sautéed onions, mixing well. Heat to a gentle boil for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Heat tortellini in boiling water; strain.
  5. Serve approximately 8 oz. of tortellini with 3 oz. of sauce for 1 serving.
