8 oz. Sea Bass Steak, Boneless
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, Fresh
4 oz. Roasted Potato Wedges, Fresh, Prepared, Hot
2 oz. Tomatillo Wedges, Baked or Grilled
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce

  1. Season sea bass steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill sea bass on each side. If desired, finish cooking in 350°F oven to desired temperature.
  3. Finish with fresh lemon juice.
  4. Place prepared roasted potato wedges and tomatillos on plate.
  5. Place sea bass on plate and top with Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce.
