1 lb. Chicken Breast, Boneless, Large Diced
1/2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Red Bell Peppers, Medium Diced
1 cup Green Bell or Poblano Peppers, Medium Diced
2 Tbsp. Jalapeno Peppers, Fine Diced
1 cup Mushrooms, Sliced
1/2 tsp. Garlic, Fresh Minced
2 cups Tomatoes, Canned
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
1/8 cup Cilantro, Fresh Chopped

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken and Gold Label Chicken Base, Mix to evenly coat chicken meat.
  2. In a large sauté pan over medium high heat, add seasoned chicken meat.
  3. Remove meat and set aside.
  4. Add peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Sauté 2-3 minutes until peppers are tender.
  5. Add tomatoes and pre-cooked chicken and Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chile Sauce. Heat 1 minute and finish with cilantro.

Optional Ingredients: Serve with prepared Brown or White Rice.
