Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce
1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
Salad:
2 cups Mixed Field Greens
2 Tbsp. Edamame
2 Tbsp. Pineapple Tidbits
2 Tbsp. Red Pepper, Thin Sliced
2 Tbsp Shiitake Mushrooms, Thin Sliced
2 Tbsp. Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Vinaigrette (recipe instructions below)
5 each 3/4 oz. Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Cooked and Glazed with Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce

Recommended Product: 9671 Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce

Directions

  1. To make Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Vinaigrette: Blend Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce, vegetable oil and vinegar. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss mixed greens, edamame, pineapple tidbits, red pepper and mushrooms with Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Vinaigrette. Coat evenly and place on serving plate.
  3. Top with glazed chicken.

Optional Ingredients: Garnish with 1/8 cup Crisp Fried Wonton Strips

Chef's Tips

Substitute shrimp, fish or pork for chicken tenderloins.
