1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeno Relish
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
12 ea. Flour Tortillas, 4"

  1. Marinade chicken thighs in lime juice, olive oil, Gold Label Southwest Flavor Concentrate, Gold Label Ancho Flavor Concentrate, and Gold Label True Foundations™ Chicken Stock Concentrate. Let sit for 2-4 hours.
  2. Cook over a flame grill.
