Amount Ingredients
8 oz. Butter
2 1/2 lbs. White Fish, Firm, Cooked
1 1/2 lbs. Crabmeat, Cooked
3 qts. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Alfredo Sauce Mix, Prepared
2 1/2 oz. Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 oz. Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parsley, Chopped
To Taste Salt
To Taste Black Pepper

Recommended Product: 1293 Whisk & Serve® Alfredo Sauce Mix


  1. In a large sauté pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Add white fish and crabmeat. Sauté 3-5 minutes, mixing well.
  2. Add prepared Whisk & Serve® Alfredo Sauce. Heat to a gentle boil. Season to taste.
  3. Portion mixture into oven proof casserole dishes. Sprinkle with a mixture of parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and parsley. Heat under a broiler until lightly browned.

Chef's Tips

Your choice of shrimp, scallops or lobster meat can be used in place of crabmeat.
