24 ea. Slider Rolls
1 1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade
4 lbs Slow Smoked or Roasted Pulled Pork, Prepared, Hot
3 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Gravy, Prepared, Hot
24 oz. Chipotle Flavored Cole Slaw
1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese

Recommended Products: 1766 PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy Mix, 6548 Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade


  1. Prepare PanRoast® Pork Gravy. Remove from heat and hold warm.
  2. On the inside top of 2 ea. slider rolls, spread 1 Tbsp. of Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade.
  3. On the 2 bottom slider rolls, place 2 oz. hot pulled pork meat on each, drizzle each with 0.5 oz. pork gravy, top with pepper jack cheese, cole slaw, and top bun.
