1 jar Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Herb Roasted Au Jus Concentrate
2 1/2 qt. Water
2 cups Madeira Wine

Directions

  1. Combine water and wine and bring to a rapid boil; reduce heat.
  2. Immediately add 1 jar of Master’s Touch® Herb Roasted Au Jus Concentrate and mix with a wire whip until sauce is smooth and thickened; remove from heat.
