Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy, Prepared, Hot
1 1/2 cups Dona Maria Mole Poblano, Prepared, Hot
12 ea. Hoagie Roll, Toasted
48 oz. Chili Braised, Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs, Large Diced
18 oz. Pickled Shaved Red Onion
12 oz. Cotija Cheese
12 Tbsp. Green Onion, Shaved

Recommended Product: 1766 PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy Mix

Directions

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, blend prepared PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy with prepared Mole Poblano, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes to fully infuse the flavors. Remove from heat and hold warm.
  2. Place 1 ea. toasted slice of hoagie roll on a plate.
  3. Top with 4 oz. hot chili braised diced chicken.
  4. Top with 1.5 oz. pickled red onions and 1 oz. cheese.
  5. Drizzle with 2 oz. of hot Mole Pork Gravy.
  6. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. green onions.

Chef's Tips

Substitute Chili Braised Pork or Beef for Chicken
