Ingredients

3 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Chicken Flavored Gravy, Prepared, Hot
1/4 cup Lemon Juice, Fresh
2 Tbsp. Lemon Zest, Fresh
2 Tbsp. Oregano, Dry Leaf
6 lbs French Fries, Prepared, Hot
6 oz. Cumbled Feta Cheese
12 oz. Kalamata Olives, Pitted, Rough Chopped or Sliced
12 oz. Spicy Pickled Peppers, Chopped or Sliced

Recommended Product: 1783 PanRoast® Chicken Flavored Gravy Mix

Directions

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, blend prepared PanRoast® Chicken Gravy with lemon juice, lemon zest and oregano. Whisk to blend thoroughly. Remove from heat hold warm. Let infuse 15-20 minutes for best flavor.
  2. Place 8 oz. prepared hot French Fries in a basket or bowl.
  3. Top with 2 oz. Lemon Oregano Chicken Gravy
  4. • Add 0.5 oz. of feta cheese, and 1 oz. Kalamata olives and pickled peppers.
