Amount Ingredients
Fire Roasted Ranchero Pizza Sauce:
1 1/2 qts. Prepared Pizza Sauce or Marinara
1 qt Custom Culinary® Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce
1 each 10-12" Rustic Flatbread, Prepared
1/2 cup Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce (See Recipe Instructions Below)
1/4 cup Red Onion, Thin Strips
2 Tbsp. Green Bell Pepper, Thin Sliced
2 Tbsp. Red Bell Pepper, Thin Sliced
1/4 cup Yellow Squash, Sliced
1/4 cup Mexican Melting Cheese, Shredded

Recommended Product: 9675 Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce


  1. To make Fire Roasted Ranchero Pizza Sauce: Blend pizza sauce and Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce.
  2. Heat until hot, remove from stove. Keep warm or chill until needed.
  3. To make Pizza: Evenly spread the Fire Roasted Ranchero Pizza Sauce on the flatbread.
  4. Place vegetables on top with cheese.
  5. Bake in 400°F oven 5-8 minutes until cooked to desired amount.

Chef's Tips

Any fresh vegetables in season may be substituted.
