Amount Ingredients
Pizza Sauce:
2 qts. Prepared Pizza Sauce Or Marinara
1 qt. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
1 each 10-12" Rustic Flatbread, Prepared
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Latin Citrus Flavored Pizza Sauce (See Recipe Instructions Below)
1/2 cup Grilled Chicken Breast, Cooked, Shredded Or Medium Diced
2 Tbsp. Red Onion, Thin Strips
2 Tbsp. Serrano Or Green Bell Peppers, Thin Sliced
1/4 cup Mexican Melting Cheese, Shredded

Recommended Product: 9667 Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce


  1. To make Latin Citrus Flavored Pizza Sauce: Blend prepared pizza sauce/marinara and Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
  2. Heat until hot and remove from stove. Cover and refrigerate until needed up to 5 days.
  3. On the prepared flatbread, evenly spread the Latin Citrus Flavored Pizza Sauce.
  4. Top with remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake in 400°F oven 5-8 minutes until cooked to desired amount and remove.

Chef's Tips

Garnish with fresh cilantro. Any desired toppings or protein may be substituted.
