Amount Ingredients
1/2 cup Vine Ripe Tomatoes, Medium Diced
1 Tbsp. Prepared Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce
2 tsp. Fresh Basil, Chopped
1 each Wheat Flat Bread
2 slices Vine Ripe Tomato
1 oz. Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced
1/8 cup Arugula Greens
2 slices Proscuitto, Very Thin Sliced
1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Tomato Relish (See Recipe Below)

Recommended Product: 9668 Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce


  1. To make Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Relish: In a small mixing bowl, blend diced tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce and basil. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. On bottom slice of the flat bread, place tomato slices, fresh mozzarella, arugula and proscuitto.
  3. Top with prepared Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Relish and top slice of flat bread.
  4. Place in panini press or on a hot griddle.
  5. Cook 2-3 minutes until evenly toasted.

Optional Ingredients: Serve warm with your favorite potato, macaroni salad, cole slaw or fresh fruit.
