Ingredients

Amount Ingredients
4 oz. Roasted Turkey Breast, Cooked, Sliced Thin
1/2 oz. Butter, Unsalted for Bread
1/2 oz. Bacon, Strips, Crisp, Cooked
1 oz. Jarlsberg Swiss Cheese, Sliced
1 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wild Mushroom Tapenade
2 slices Country Wheat Bread or Herb Focaccia

Directions

  1. Preheat a Panini press or flat top griddle to 350°F.
  2. Coat the outside of both slices of bread with the butter.
  3. Place the sliced turkey, bacon and Jarlsberg Swiss cheese on the inside of the bottom slice of bread.
  4. Spread the Gold Label Wild Mushroom Tapenade evenly on the inside of the top slice of bread.
  5. Place the Gold Label Wild Mushroom coated top slice of bread on the sandwich and put it into a Panini press of on a griddle to toast.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden toasted on each side and the cheese is melting.
  7. Remove from panini press, slice in half and serve.
