1 Tbsp. Cream
1 tsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base, No MSG Added
1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1 oz. Lobster Meat, Cooked, Small Diced (Any Seafood May be Used)
1 each 10" Flour Tortilla
1 Tbsp. Colby-Jack Cheese, Shredded or Diced
3 strips Red Bell Pepper, Grilled, Julienne Cut
3 strips Green Bell Pepper, Grilled, Julienne Cut
1 tsp. Chives, Fresh, Chopped

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, blend eggs, cream and Gold Label Lobster Base.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add egg mixture, and lobster meat, stir continuously with a rubber spatula.
  3. To assemble: placed cooked egg mixture in the center of the tortilla; add cheese, peppers, and chives; fold tortilla.
