3 oz. Butter
12 oz. Onion, Medium Diced
6 oz. Green Pepper, Medium Diced
6 oz. Red Pepper, Medium Diced
12 oz. Mushrooms, Medium Sliced
3 qts. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Demi-Glace Sauce Mix, Prepared
1/2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate
28 oz. Tomatoes, Canned, Diced, with Juice

Recommended Products: 9890 Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate, 1291 Whisk & Serve® Demi-Glace Sauce Mix


  1. Melt butter. Add onions and peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and sauté an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Add prepared Whisk & Serve® Demi-Glace with sautéed vegetables.
  4. Add Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate and tomatoes. Simmer for 1 minute.
