1 qt. Hot Water
2 cups Half-and-Half Cream
2 qts. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce

Recommended Product: 9660 Gold Label Alfredo Sauce

Alternate Product Options: 1262 Master’s Touch® Alfredo Sauce Concentrate, 1293 Whisk & Serve® Alfredo Sauce Mix

Directions

  1. Combine puréed roasted red peppers, hot water, and half-and-half cream and bring to a rapid boil; reduce heat.
  2. Immediately add Gold Label Alfredo Sauce and mix with a wire whip until sauce is smooth and thickened. Remove from heat.

Chef's Tips

May substitute: 2 quarts prepared Whisk and Serve® Alfredo Sauce or 1 Jar prepared Master's Touch® Alfredo Sauce for the Gold Label Alfredo Sauce. Serve with your favorite pasta.
