1 jar Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate
2 cups Water
2 cups Coconut Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. Madras or Thai Red Curry Powder

Recommended Product: 1261 Master's Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate

Alternate Product Options: 9661 Gold Label Hollandaise Sauce, 1292 Whisk & Serve® Hollandaise Sauce Mix

Directions

  1. Combine water and coconut milk and bring to a rapid boil; reduce heat.
  2. Immediately add 1 jar of Master’s Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate and mix with a wire whip until sauce is smooth and thickened; remove from heat.
  3. Add Madras or Thai red curry powder.

Chef's Tips

Substitue 1 quart of Gold Label Hollandaise or 1 quart of prepared Whisk and Serve® Hollandaise Sauce in place of Master's Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate
