Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 cup Onions, Medium Diced
2 cups Green Chilies, Canned, Drained, Chopped
1 tsp. Garlic, Minced
2 cups Custom Culinary® Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Cilantro, Chopped

Directions

  1. In a large sauté pan, over medium high heat, heat oil. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add green chilies and garlic. Cook 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Finish with sour cream and cilantro.
