2 qt. Water
2 qt. Whole Milk
4 oz. Sugar
4 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1 (20 oz.) pouch Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Cream Soup & Sauce Starter

  1. In a 2 gallon sauce pot mix water, milk, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add Whisk & Serve® Cream Soup & Sauce Starter and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally until completely blended and thickened.

Chef's Tips

May substitute fruit juice blends for water (orange, lemon lime, pineapple coconut etc.). To vary the finished sauce you may add one or more of the following: cinnamon, frozen fruit puree, Amareto, Khalua, orange or hazelnut flavoring.
