8 oz. Butter
5 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Hollandaise Sauce Mix
3 cups Water
1 cup Salsa
3 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate

  1. Melt butter and combine with Whisk & Serve® Hollandaise Sauce Mix. Blend thoroughly.
  2. Stir in water, salsa and Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate. Bring to a boil, while stirring frequently. Simmer 2 to 5 minutes. Hold at 160°F.
