Ingredients

Amount Ingredients
1 gal. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Alfredo Sauce Mix
2 cups Milk, Warm
2 lbs. Bacon Pieces, Cooked, Reserve Drippings
to taste White Pepper
1 cup Basil Leaves, Fresh, Chiffonade
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated, As Needed

Recommended Product: 1293 Whisk & Serve® Alfredo Sauce Mix

Alternate Product Options: 1262 Master’s Touch® Alfredo Sauce Concentrate, 9660 Gold Label Alfredo Sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare Whisk & Serve® Alfredo Sauce Mix according to package directions.
  2. Add the cooked bacon pieces and the pan drippings to the sauce while warm. Reserve some of the bacon pieces for garnish. Stir in the white pepper.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil, bacon pieces and grated Parmesan cheese.

Chef's Tips

Substitute 2 jars of prepared Master's Touch® Alfredo Sauce or 2 (64 oz) pouches of Gold Label Alfredo Sauce for the milk and Whisk & Serve® Alfredo Sauce Mix. Serve over your favorite pasta or drizzle over grilled or roasted vegetables.
