1/4 cup Lime Juice, Fresh (Or Real Lime and Water)
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Beef Base
1 Tbsp. Cumin, Ground - Toasted in a Sauté Pan for Deeper Flavor
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Red Pepper, Crushed
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine oil, lime juice, water, Master's Touch Beef Base, cumin, chili powder, red pepper and garlic powder until well blended.
  2. Marinate beef for one hour in refrigerator. Use for beef fajitas or fajita steak salad.
