Ingredients

Amount Ingredients
8 oz. Macaroni, Cooked, Warm
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce, Warm
1 1/2 oz. Smoky Bacon, Cooked Crisp, Small Diced, Warm
1/2 oz. Pretzels, Crushed for Crumb Topping

Recommended Product: 7143 Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, blend the warm macaroni with the Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce and bacon.
  3. Coat the interior surface of an oven safe 4 cup size baking dish with a small amount of butter or vegetable oil.
  4. Pour the macaroni mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Evenly top with the pretzel crumbs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the sauce is bubbling.

Chef's Tips

Add your favorite bacon, sausages, BBQ burnt ends, or grilled vegetables for signature variations.
