1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base
3/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Vegetable Base
3 lbs. Rice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Scallions, Chopped
1 cup Red Bell Pepper, 1/4" Diced
1/4 cup Garlic, Chopped

Directions

  1. Combine water, Gold Label Chicken Base and Gold Label Savory Roasted® Vegetable Base. Add rice. Cook rice in cooker until done.
  2. In a large sauté pan heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add scallions, red peppers, and garlic. Sauté 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Combine cooked rice with sautéed vegetables and serve warm.

Optional Ingredients: If desired, garnish with 1/2 cup fresh cilantro.
