Amount Ingredients
2 cups Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® White Sauce Mix
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Garlic, Minced
2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1/3 cup Blue Cheese, Crumbled
1/3 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
1 1/2 cups Macaroni, Measured Dry- Then Cooked and Strained
1 cup Onion Straws

Recommended Product: 1294 Whisk & Serve® White Sauce Mix


  1. In a large mixing bowl, add prepared Whisk and Serve® White Sauce, paprika, dry mustard, cheddar, blue and monterey chesses. Blend the sauce mixture thoroughly.
  2. Spray bottom of a large 9" x 13" baking pan with vegetable spray. Pour half of the cooked macaroni into the pan. Layer half of the sauce mixture, add remaining macaroni and top with remaining sauce.
  3. Cover and place in a 375° F oven for 30-40 minutes. Uncover for the last 10 minutes, top with onion straws and finish baking.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
