5 lbs. Potatoes, Peeled, Sliced
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. White Pepper
48 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® White Sauce Mix, Prepared
1 oz. Butter
3 oz. Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Parsley, Chopped

Recommended Product: 1294 Whisk & Serve® White Sauce Mix


  1. Place potatoes in a greased pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour prepared Whisk & Serve® White Sauce Mix over potatoes.
  2. Blend butter and bread crumbs. Cover potatoes with bread crumb mixture and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours. Finish with chopped parsley.
