Amount Ingredients
4 qts. Water, Hot
3 Tbsp. Chipotle, Canned in Adobo Sauce, Chopped
27 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Corn Chowder Soup Mix
2 cups Diced Green Chilies, Canned
2 cups Diced Tomatoes, Canned, Drained
1 qt. Black Beans, Canned, Drained, Rinsed

Recommended Product: 1302 Whisk & Serve® Corn Chowder Soup Mix


  1. In a 6-8 quart soup pot over medium high heat, heat water to 190°F. Remove from heat, add chipotle peppers and gradually add Whisk & Serve® Corn Chowder Soup Mix into the hot water, whisking thoroughly until thick and smooth.
  2. Return to heat and simmer 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add green chilies, tomatoes, and black beans just before service.

Chef's Tips

Use your choice of beans, canned, rinsed. For a richer consistency and flavor, substitute water with milk or cream.
