Ingredients

Amount Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
3 oz. Boneless Chicken Breast, Sliced
1/8 cup Red Pepper, Julienne Cut
1/2 cup Baby Bok Choy
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce
1 cup Cellophane Noodles, Cooked

Recommended Product: 9672 Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce

Directions

  1. In a hot wok or large sauté pan, heat oil.
  2. Cook chicken, red pepper, and bok choy stir fry style, tossing quickly to sear and cook all sides.
  3. Add Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce; toss and heat.
  4. Add cooked cellophane noodles; toss and serve.

Chef's Tips

May use any Asian noodle or Jasmin rice of choice. Add additional Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce as desired.
