2 Tbsp All Natural Canola Oil
1 1/2 cups Onions, Yellow, Fresh, Medium Diced
1 cup Green Bell Peppers, Fresh, Medium Diced
1 cup Celery, Fresh, Medium Diced
2 cups Carrots, Fresh, Medium Diced
3/4 cup and 2 Tbsps All Natural Unbleached All Purpose Flour
3 qt Water, Hot
1/2 cup and 1 Tbsp Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® All Natural Reduced Sodium Chicken Base
2 cups Organic Whole Milk
1 1/2 qt Corn, Yellow, Whole Kernal, Frozen
3 1/2 cups Creamed Corn, Golden, Super Sweet, Canned
3 cups Potatoes, Medium Diced
1/8 tsp White Pepper, Ground
1/8 tsp Red Pepper Sauce, Canned
1/8 tsp Organic Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

  1. In a 12 qt. sauce pot over medium high heat, sauté bacon until browned, approximately 7 minutes. DO NOT DRAIN FAT.
  2. Add oil; heat. Add onions, peppers, celery and carrots; sauté 3 minutes.
  3. Blend in flour; cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add water, Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® All Natural Chicken Base, milk, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, potatoes, white pepper, red pepper sauce and worcestershire sauce, mixing well. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and gently boil until potatoes are cooked al dente, 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
