4 1/4 qt. Water
20 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter
4 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Shrimp Base
1 oz. Dry Sherry Wine
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp. Caribbean Jerk Seasoning

Alternate Product Options: 9510 Gold Label Lobster Base, 0509 Master's Touch® Shrimp Base


  1. In a 2 gallon soup pot over medium high heat, blend water and Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup and Sauce Starter, stir and bring to a boil. Cook 1-2 minutes until fully thickened.
  2. Add Gold Label Shrimp Base, sherry wine, cayenne pepper and caribbean jerk seasoning and blend thoroughly.

Optional Ingredients: Add cooked chopped shrimp and 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro for flavor and garnish.

Chef's Tips

Gold Label Lobster Base can be used in place of Gold Label Shrimp Base for a Lobster Bisque.
