Amount Ingredients
1 gallon Water
1 (20 oz.) Pouch Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter
4 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base
1 oz. Dry Sherry Wine
1/8 Tsp. to taste Cayenne Pepper
Garnish (as desired) Lobster Meat, Cooked, Chopped (optional)

  1. In a 2 gallon soup pot, over medium high heat, blend water and Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter, stir and bring to a boil. Cook 1-2 minutes until fully thickened.
  2. Add Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base and blend thoroughly.
  3. Add sherry wine and cayenne pepper.
  4. To serve, add losbter meat if desired.

Chef's Tips

Flavor Variation: Maryland Style: Blend 1/2-1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning. Add 1 cup cooked bacon bits, 2 cups kernal corn and additional seafood of your choice. Add 2-3 Tbsps. fresh chopped parsley for flavor and garnish.
