Amount Ingredients
2 Tbsp. All Natural Canola Oil
3/4 cup Onions, Small Diced
2 1/2 qts Water, Hot
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® All Natural Reduced Sodium Chicken Base
4 lbs Peas, Fresh or Frozen
1/4 cup Mint Leaves, Chopped
1/16 tsp - to taste White Pepper, Ground

  1. In a 2 gallon soup pot over medium high heat, sauté onions in oil until translucent.
  2. Add water and Master’s Touch® All Natural Reduced Sodium Chicken Base, blend thoroughly and bring to a boil.
  3. Add peas. Reduce heat and simmer approx. 5 minutes.
  4. Add mint and white pepper. Using an immersion blender, purée until smooth. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
