1/4 cup Canola Oil
3 lbs. Ground Chicken
2 cups Onion, Chopped
3 cups Green Chilies, Chopped, Canned, Drained
1 each Jalapeno Pepper, Fresh, Chopped
1 tsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate
2 packets Taco Seasoning
3 lbs. Cannelini Beans, Canned, Drained
1 1/2 qts. Water, Hot
1 1/2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot.
  2. Add the chicken and cook, stirring frequently, until browned. Remove from heat and reserve. Do not drain.
  3. Sauté the onions until tender using a bit more oil.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Hold above 140ºF until ready to serve or chill below 40ºF.
