Directions
- In saucepan, bring water, Gold Label Bases and Master’s Touch® Concentrate to boil.
- Add rice to boiling stock. Cook rice following label instructions.
- Fold together cooked rice with lentils, ginger, red pepper, and spinach.
- To make egg wash, whisk eggs and water together. Place wonton skin on table with 1 corner facing up and brush egg wash on the corner. Place 1 1/2 oz. of rice mixture in center. Fold left side into center, then fold right side into center.
- Place desired number of rolls into 350°F deep fryer and cook for 3 minutes.
Optional Ingredients: Serve with Hot Dipping Sauce.†
