Amount Ingredients
1/2 cup Red Onions, Sliced, Grilled, Small Diced
1 1/2 cups Tomatoes, Small Diced
1 cup Red Bell Pepper, Grilled, Small Diced
2 cups Pineapple, Peeled, Sliced, Grilled, Small Diced
1 cup Papaya, Peeled, Small Diced
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all cut vegetables and fruit.
  2. Add the Gold Label Harissa.
  3. Mix until well blended, cover and refrigerate until needed.
