20 Double Lamb Chops
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
4 oz. Dry White Wine
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Beef Base
4 oz. Water
2 Tbsp. Dijon Style Mustard with Seeds
1/4 tsp. Parsley, Fresh Chopped
1/4 tsp. Chervil, Fresh Chopped
1/4 tsp. Thyme, Fresh
1/4 tsp. Rosemary, Fresh Chopped
1/2 cup Butter, Lightly Salted

Directions

  1. Season meat with salt and pepper. Bake lamb chops until pink.
  2. Remove chops and keep warm.
  3. Deglaze pan with white wine. Mix Gold Label Beef Base with water and add to pan. Reduce over high heat.
  4. Add mustard and herbs. Fold in butter. Pour 1.5 oz of sauce over chops before serving.
