1 1/2 cups Prepared Creamy Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce
Salad:
1/8 head Iceberg Wedge, Cut
4 each Grape Tomatoes, Cut in Half
2 Tbsp. Black Beans, Canned, Drained, Rinsed
2 Tbsp. Kernel Corn
1 Tbsp. Red Onion, Thick Strip Cut
3 Tbsp. Fire Roasted Ranchero Creamy Salad Dressing
2 Tbsp. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 Tbsp. Bread Croutons

Recommended Product: 9675 Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce

Directions

  1. To make Fire Roasted Ranchero Creamy Salad Dressing: Blend dressing with Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
  2. Place lettuce on plate and surround with tomatoes, black beans, corn and onions.
  3. Drizzle dressing over lettuce.
  4. Top with cheese and croutons.

Chef's Tips

Substitute any creamy salad dressing such as caesar, blue cheese, etc.
