Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Sausage, Crumbles, Cooked
2 Tbsp. Red Bell Pepper, Diced
2 Tbsp. Green Bell Pepper, Diced
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce
2 each Scrambled Eggs, Cooked, Hot
2 Tbsp. Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded
1 each Wrap, Wheat or Flavored

Directions

  1. Sauté sausage and peppers for 1 minute until peppers are tender.
  2. Add Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce. Heat 30 seconds.
  3. Add scrambled eggs and top with cheese.
  4. Wrap scrambled egg mixture.

Chef's Tips

Serve with fresh cut fruit. Substitute peppers, onions or sausage for your signiture version.
