Ingredients

Amount Ingredients
5 oz. Corned Beef, Shaved, Warm
3/4 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce, Warm
1 oz. Sauerkraut with Caraway, Canned, Drained Thoroughly, Warm
1/2 oz. Thousand Island Dressing
2 slices Spiral Rye Bread

Recommended Product: 7143 Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat a flat top griddle to 350°F.
  2. Butter the outside of the spiral rye bread slices and place one butter side down on the hot griddle.
  3. Top with the corned beef, drizzle the warm Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce over the corned beef, add the sauerkraut.
  4. Spread the Thousand Island Dressing on the inside of the top slice of bread place on top with the butter side out.
  5. Grill each side 2-3 minutes until golden brown and toasted crisp.

Chef's Tips

Substitute shaved turkey, pastrami or rotisserie chicken for interesting variations.
