Chef's Tips

Substitute warm shaved corned beef, pastrami, roasted turkey, rotisserie chicken for the roasted beef. The warm meat adds an additional flavor element but the meat can be served chilled deli style. Watercress adds a complimentary peppery flavor to this sandwich. Substitute arugula for another great flavor twist.
