Ingredients

Amount Ingredients
3 qts. Water, Hot
28 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Lobster Bisque Soup Starter
3 cups Shredded Parmesan, Asiago, or Romano Cheese
2 Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper
3 cups Lobster Meat, Cooked, Chopped

Recommended Product: 1305 Whisk & Serve® Lobster Bisque Soup Starter

Directions

  1. In a 6-8 quart soup pot over medium high heat, heat water to a minimum of 190°F, turn off the heat and gradually add one (28 oz.) bag of Whisk & Serve® Lobster Bisque Soup Starter into the hot water, whisking thoroughly until thick and smooth.
  2. Add cheese and black pepper, blend thoroughly. Let stand 2-3 minutes to fully thicken and stir just before service.
  3. Add seafood meat to sauce.
  4. Serve over your choice of pasta.

Chef's Tips

May substitute clams or shrimp for lobster. For a richer consistency and flavor, substitute water with milk or cream.
