1 lb. Onions, Diced
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
8 oz. Green Bell Peppers, Diced Fine
1/2 cup Garlic, Minced
1/2 cup Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 cup Dry White Wine
4 oz Custom Culinary® Gold Label Beef Base
3 qts. Water
2 qts. Cream
2 lbs. Corn Kernels, Frozen
8 oz. Red Bell Peppers, Diced Fine

Directions

  1. In a 1 1/2 gallon sauce pot heat oil over medium high heat. Add onions, red peppers, green peppers, and garlic. Sauté 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add chili powder, cayenne and black pepper, mixing well. Sauté over low heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add wine to deglaze pan.
  3. Add Gold Label Beef Base and water. Heat to boiling. Gently boil 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add cream and corn. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and gently boil 5-7 minutes until corn in tender, stirring occasionally.
