Ingredients

1 lb. Pre-made Broccoli Slaw (In a Bag)
2 cups English Cucumber, Peeled, Cut in Half Lengthwise, Sliced Thin
1/8 cup Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped Fine
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add pre-made broccoli slaw, cucumbers and cilantro.
  2. Pour Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce over broccoli slaw and toss to evenly coat.
  3. Chill for one hour before serving.

Chef's Tips

May substitute any cabbage or carrot slaw blend. This is great when served with shaved apples and roasted peanuts.
